# Cannot add email template

When I try ti create a new email template by selecting the + button nothing happens. Any help with setting this up, or troubleshooting would be great.

Try two basic things first and if they don’t help you’ll need to contact support.

- Clear browser cache.
- Disable all browser plugins and check to see if it doesn’t clear up the problem.
