# Can I make multiple sequences/campaigns using the same quick add form?

I’d like to make several different campaigns/sequences using the same quick-add form.  
(One is an email sequence by radio options - the other is automatically assigning a contact owner based on who added the user)  
Do I need to put all of them in the one campaign or can I use the same form in multiple campaigns ?
