# Campain won't publish... still says Nothing has been published

Hello, I’m having a problem with publishing my campaign. First, i embeeded my opt-in form onto my page, but when I tested it out to see, if it’s going to redirect me, it only gave me Error: This form is no longer accepting submissions.

I found out that it is because I did not publish my campaign, only I did… I tried it several times, it always goes successfully, campaign gets published, but when I close the Campaign Builder window and then go back, there is nothing published - it says Nothing has been published and This campaign is currently unpublished.

What am I doing wrong? Is there something I have to do after publishing my campaign to keep it published?
