I duplicated a campaign for a new marketing campaign launch. Same concept I just need to update the dates and times in the follow up emails and the date time triggers. For some reason I’m not able to connect one of the timers to a follow up email. I get a red box?

It sounds like you’re trying to use two different types of timers in the same ‘lane’. In any successive lane in a campaign, you can only use one type of timer.
