# Adding Tag to Company via REST

Did some searching and can’t find a solution (outside of using XML-RPC). I tried adding it the same way i would add to a Contact, but that returns a 404 because no contact exists with the ID (since it is a Company ID).

Still no solution for this via REST?

Thanks in advance for any advice.
